TRAVELPOINT Enterprises Inc. respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site (www.travelpoint.ca) only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at www.travelpoint.ca owned and operated by TRAVELPOINT Enterprises Inc.

This Privacy Policy relates to the “Personal Information” of consumers who deal with TRAVELPOINT Enterprises Inc. “Personal Information” is defined as information about an identifiable individual, other than the name, title or business address or telephone number. We collect the following information about primary visitors only at the voluntary will of the primary visitor such as credit card information used in purchasing.

We may also collect “Personal Information” which our users divulge about other people, such as referrals or gift purchases. TRAVELPOINT Enterprises Inc. does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information: names, business address or telephone number, and travel preferences. We collect demographic data in order to identify primary visitors.

We verify the accuracy of this information by validating information with the primary visitor.

We collect this information through the Traveller Profile Form, and Online Booking Form. Information such as addresses, telephone numbers, preferences, membership numbers, credit card numbers, and travel requirements are collected within these forms. The information is collected voluntarily. To receive our products and services, the above information is mandatory because it identifies our consumer and allows for, and exchange of, goods and services. Other information we request is optional.

We do not employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. All information is collected through our forms.

Part II. Information Usage
The information collected by TRAVELPOINT Enterprises Inc. will be used for consumer records, and travel purchases. Users who provide information will receive acknowledgement through e-mail from a employed member of TRAVELPOINT Enterprises Inc. that such information has been collected and received.

Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect will be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources such as credit history to authorize purchases.

We may share data with the following third parties: Ensemble Travel Network, and travel-related companies requiring reservations. These third parties will use the information for purchasing. Users may opt out to have their information shared with third parties unless information is needed to make purchases in regards to their travel requirements.

We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

Our Web site offers company information and description of services, and online booking functions. Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, we will advise you by means of email or telephone.

TRAVELPOINT Enterprises Inc. maintains the accuracy of our information by validating with all users who voluntarily submit “Personal Information”. Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by communicating this request to an employed member of TRAVELPOINT Enterprises Inc. Users may delete their information from our database by communicating this request to an employed member of TRAVELPOINT Enterprises Inc.
